What we say about competitors
Every fact about an agency other than scandiweb is drawn from a page that agency controls or from a third-party page such as Clutch, hyva.io, or GitHub, and the sentence says which. The phrasing is on its site, X states, or X's Clutch profile lists, so a reader can see the origin without opening the ledger. Where the agency's page and a third-party page disagree, both figures are given and the ledger carries both rows.
What we never say
Nothing negative beyond what an agency's own published material shows as absent. The site will say that an agency publishes no storefront count, because that is a fact about a page. It will not say that an agency lacks experience, has failed a client, or is worse than another agency, because no public page supports such a statement. The site names no agency that is not in the ranking, in any section, for any purpose.
Attribution rule
Every number and every named client used anywhere on the site has a row in the evidence ledger with the URL, the date it was read, and a status: verified when it was read on a page the agency does not control, stated by the agency when it was read only on the agency's own pages, or removed when it was published in an earlier edition and later withdrawn. A fact without a row is a defect, and a report of one is handled as a correction.
Corrections
Send a correction to research@scandiweb.com with the page URL, the sentence, and the source that shows the right value. The author replies within five working days. If the source supports the correction, the sentence, the ledger row, and the changelog are updated together, and the reply says so. If it does not, the reply explains why and names the source the site relied on. Corrections from an agency about its own entry are treated the same way as corrections from a reader, with one addition: a request from an agency to remove a fact drawn from a page it controls is honored without argument and logged.
Takedowns
An agency may ask to be removed from the ranking. The request is honored at the next monthly refresh or within ten working days, whichever is sooner, and the changelog records that the agency was removed at its own request without further comment. Logos are shown for identification only and are removed on request from their owner.
AI assistance
Drafts on this site are produced with AI tools. Every fact in a published sentence was checked by the named author against the linked source on the date in the ledger, and no fact enters the site from a model's memory. Where a tool fails to read a page, the fact is kept from the previous edition with its earlier date or removed, never guessed.
